Getting started

What WebpageIQ is and who it is for

What is WebpageIQ?

WebpageIQ is a website platform that creates a professional business website and then helps it improve over time. After the website goes live, WebpageIQ studies how visitors use it, explains what is happening in plain language, recommends focused improvements, and measures what changed after an approved improvement is applied.

Who is WebpageIQ made for?

WebpageIQ is designed for businesses and organizations that need a clear, professional website without becoming web designers or analytics experts. It works especially well for service businesses, trades, professional services, fitness businesses, software companies, hospitality businesses, and other organizations with a clear action they want visitors to take.

How quickly can WebpageIQ build the first website?

Most first versions are ready in under 10 minutes. The builder asks a short series of questions about the business goal, name, services, customers, service area, and contact details. WebpageIQ uses those answers to create the pages, writing, navigation, mobile layout, and customer path.

Do I need an account before I start?

No. You can begin answering the builder questions immediately. You are asked to create an account when you are ready to save the website and continue working with it.

Do I need design, coding, or analytics experience?

No. WebpageIQ handles the starting website structure and presents the editor through clear visual controls. Intelligence also interprets the website data for you, so you do not need to understand analytics charts or decide what every number means.

02
Building and editing

Creating the website and keeping it current

What information does the builder ask for?

The builder asks what the website should help the business accomplish, the business name and optional logo, what the business offers, what makes it different, its main services or products, where it serves customers, and how customers should make contact.

What does WebpageIQ create for me?

WebpageIQ creates a complete starting website with pages, sections, business-focused writing, navigation, calls to action, responsive mobile layouts, and tracking built around the primary business goal. You review the complete first version before deciding how to publish it.

Can I edit the website after WebpageIQ creates it?

Yes. You can update page text, images inside page sections, pages, navigation, footer information, forms, business details, social links, search appearance, and other supported website settings from the WebpageIQ editor.

Will the website work on phones and tablets?

Yes. WebpageIQ creates responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens. You can review the website on different screen sizes before publishing it.

Can I add forms to the website?

Yes. Launch includes one separate form setup, and Intelligence includes up to 10. Form submissions are not limited by those plan limits; the limit applies only to how many different form setups the website can maintain.

Can WebpageIQ build for my industry?

WebpageIQ does not rely on one fixed industry template. It uses the business goal, services, customers, location, and contact details to choose the website structure and content for that specific business.

03
Intelligence

Understanding visitors and improving the site

What does WebpageIQ Intelligence actually do?

Intelligence follows the customer path after the website is live. It observes what visitors reach and do, diagnoses where the path may lose momentum, prepares a focused recommendation, and measures the same customer action after an approved change goes live.

Do I have to understand the analytics myself?

No. WebpageIQ turns sessions, page activity, section reach, navigation, and goal actions into a plain-language explanation of what visitors are doing and why it matters. FroBot can also explain recommendations and measured results in conversational language.

What does WebpageIQ track?

WebpageIQ can measure website sessions, page views, sections reached, navigation between pages, calls, form submissions, booking actions, quote requests, signup links, product links, and other configured goal actions. The purpose is to understand the customer path, not just count clicks.

What is a goal action?

A goal action is the customer step the website is primarily built to create. Depending on the business, that may be a phone call, form submission, booking, store visit, signup, donation, product action, or another meaningful next step.

Does WebpageIQ change my website automatically?

No. You stay in control. WebpageIQ presents recommendations for review. When a recommendation supports one-click application, you can preview the proposed change and choose whether to apply it.

How does WebpageIQ know whether an improvement worked?

WebpageIQ records the relevant customer action before the change and compares it with visitors who saw the updated version afterward. The result history explains what changed, how many visitors were exposed, and how the goal action rate changed.

What happens when an improvement does not perform better?

The result still provides useful evidence about that website and its visitors. WebpageIQ keeps the result in the improvement history so future recommendations can be informed by what happened instead of repeating the same guess.

Does WebpageIQ guarantee more customers?

No website platform can guarantee that every visitor will become a customer. WebpageIQ is designed to improve the website's ability to guide visitors toward the business goal by using real behavior, focused recommendations, and before-and-after measurement rather than relying only on guesses.

04
Plans and billing

Choosing, changing, and paying for a plan

When do I choose a plan?

You build and review the website first. The publishing decision comes after you can see the website, so you do not need to choose Launch or Intelligence before starting the builder.

What is included with Launch?

Launch is $39 per month and includes the permanent published website, hosting, editing, up to 10 pages, one form setup, search appearance controls, and a website performance overview. It is designed for a business that wants to publish and manage the website itself.

What is included with Intelligence?

Intelligence includes everything in Launch plus the full customer path, recommendations based on visitor behavior, supported one-click improvements, result measurement, up to 50 pages, and up to 10 form setups.

How much does Intelligence cost?

Eligible new Intelligence subscriptions are $24.50 per month for the first three months, then $49 per month. The checkout page shows the exact current price and any applicable promotion before payment.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade to Intelligence or schedule a downgrade to Launch. A scheduled downgrade takes effect at the next renewal, so Intelligence remains available through the period already paid for.

Can I cancel a WebpageIQ plan?

Yes. Canceling stops the next renewal. The website and plan features remain active through the current paid billing period unless the plan is resumed before that period ends.

05
Publishing and domains

Previewing, publishing, hosting, and domains

What happens during the 14-day Preview?

Preview gives you time to save, review, share, and edit the generated website before activating a paid publishing plan. Preview and Launch support up to 10 pages while the website is being reviewed or managed.

Is website hosting included?

Yes. Paid WebpageIQ plans include website hosting and fast CDN delivery. Domain registration and renewal are separate from the WebpageIQ plan.

Can I connect a domain I already own?

Yes. WebpageIQ provides the DNS records needed to connect an existing domain. You make those changes through the company where the domain is registered, and you keep ownership of the domain.

Does WebpageIQ register or manage my domain?

No. WebpageIQ connects the website to a domain you control. Domain purchase, registration, renewal, and registrar account management stay with your domain provider.

How long does a custom domain take to connect?

DNS changes often begin working quickly, but some domain providers can take up to 24 hours to update. WebpageIQ checks the required DNS records and confirms when the domain is connected.
